Policy

1. If you decide to cancel your appointment you will lose your 50% upfront non-refundable holding fee, no matter how far in advance you let me know.

2. If you cancel within 48 hours or don't show up, you will be required to pay the full treatment price. If you don't pay after not showing up or cancelling within 48 hours and decide to rebook, you will have to pay the remaining price of the treatment or if it is a continuous offence I can refuse to treat you.

3. If you are more than 15 minutes late or decide to move or change your appointment, you will lose your appointment slot and the 50% up front holding fee, which if you want to book will be required to pay again.

Please understand that this is my earning that I get whilst studying full time. I have strict rules for insurance and time reasons. I only do this part-time, but its my income and how I live. I only have limited availably and a high demand of clients, as well as doing a lot of back to back clients.
